SPM300 은 Muller Matrix 방식의 High speed IL PDL meter 입니다. 특히 AWG , CWDM filter 측정에 최적화 되어 있습니다. Santec TLS 와 Agilent TLS와 Trigger interface를 사용해서 측정 속도를 극대화 시킨 제품입니다.
